Consistent Quality and

With all our own check
fixtures and inspection jigs we can insure quality materials and
consistent production throughout the manufacturing process.
For proper identification
all windshield components are labeled and bar coded.
All aluminum extrusions
are pre-inspected for metal surface quality before entering
production.

Ameritex inspects every
piece of curved and flat tempered glass before it goes into our
inventory. Our inspection procedure encompasses a xenon shadow light
process which magnifies the slightest surface defect.
With CNC
cut check fixtures we can insure the correct bend on each series of
glass we produce.
Warranty
Ameritex is proud of our
zero windshield field warranty record to date.
Inventory
Ameritex works with our
customers to review 30 - 60 - 90 day forecasts to insure proper glass
product is in our inventory at all times. Ameritex will typically
carry a 60 - 90 day curved glass inventory for our customers.
Lead Times
Windshield lead time can
vary between 4-6 weeks depending on the customer forecasting method.
In some cases lead times can be less depending on the volume and
frequency of ordering.
Packaging
All windshield products
are packed properly for shipment regardless of destination.
Returnable rack systems are available depending on volume and
frequency of shipping.
